You were the first company of five that called me back. You answered all my questions and gave me great suggestions. When I hired you you worked around my schedule because I was trying to leave and move my mom to Maryland and you worked with me virtually. You make sure you took multiple pictures so I could tell you what needed to go and what needed to go to storage I would recommend you to anyone who needed a mover whether it's house to house or house to storage or apartment to apartments.

Prompt and friendly customer service...love the quick scheduling, very efficient and friendly workers. I even got a call from the drivers ahead of time, asking if it were okay to head over ahead of schedule, which totally opened the rest of my morning...I've used Junkluggers previously and will continue to do so. If you are looking for professionalism, a couple of friendly guys, and most importantly, reliablility, Junkluggers is awesome. I also like the fact that its a reliable brand. I have used companies that seem like fly-by-night and uninsured, they haggle and I hate that they are shady and know where I live. Junkluggers alleviates all that. Recommend!

All of the workers were really nice and respectful. The owner even came out to help with a difficult job. I have used them on a couple of different jobs for a clean out of a building and removal of a hot tub. They are punctual, have fair prices, they do a great job and give back to people in need. I have recommended them to a client who is moving locally. I love that they have that service and go by the legal guidelines for moving companies. Most don't and overcharge. I will definitely recommend them any time I have a chance and will be using them myself again in the future.

A welcomed addition to Downtown Wilmington, The Hop Yard, hired The Junkluggers & Luggers Moving to move a 700lbs refrigerator into their kitchen. Initially the staff planned to move their new appliance in themselves but quickly realized the feat was more than they were comfortable handling. Thankfully our Luggers were available to accommodate a same day booking, and successfully completed the job.
